Excellent.. Matt was around but not annoyingly stalking.. so felt more at ease looking at the furniture.. and he was very accommodating with the purchase

The service was good, but we bought a table with 4 chairs and purchased 2 extra and they were $300 extra which was fine, BUT THEY COULDNT DELIVER THEM TO THE STORE FOR PICKUP SO THEY HAD TO BE SHIPPED TO OUR HOUSE AND THE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING WAS $80! That’s rediculous!!! SO 2 EXTRA CHAIRS COST US $400 EXTRA DOLLARS!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Salesman was excellent. He knows his products. We described what we were looking for and he took us to the perfect sofa which is the one we purchased.

Our salesman was great. Honest and sincere. However the store implemented a new system and a mistake was made and it caused a rather large price misquote. It was discovered after we drove quite far back the next day to make our purchase. I felt we could have been better compensated for the mistake made. Still purchased but have a bad feeling for the lack of price adjustment made

Disappointed the dresser is on back order. Didn’t realize delivery of a queen size box spring and a sofa to an apartment complex would be areal hassle. One would think a place like levin would have delivery people who can handle any situation.

Excellent salesman. Helped us a lot. Got everything we needed. But delivery price is outrageous and takes a long time to get special orders in…(7-8 weeks!!!)

I ordered furniture in February. I have had several dates for expected arrival, no furniture to date. I am hoping this does not occur to my new purchase. Everyone deserves a second chance.
