Verified Renter I used to manage a 37-unit apartment complex in Ferndale, for 8 years,until it was sold. SO - I have experience as a manager and as a tenant. My wife and I have been here for 8 years. Overall, I'd say Lex Village does about as good a job as anyone -they take care of appliance problems, electrical issues, plumbing issues all in very prompt time. I do recommend this place if you want a safe complex that takes care of things! David

Verified Renter It was a decent experience. There could be better amenities and if the air and heat was controlled per unit it would be great( such as central air).

Verified Renter One of the best community to stay and it's a smoke free apartments with a good school district. Near to civic center, Oakland mall. Nice and friendly staff.

Verified Renter Nice community with friendly staff and this community is a smoke free! Maintaince staff works really great. Has good school community, pool, civic parks, near to Oakland mall, Costco and hardware shops.
