Fantastic experience from start to finish. Wanted to secure the vehicle from Oregon and Joe B. handled all of it over the phone. Drove up next day and had a super smooth experience with everyone, including financing which was very transparent. Highly recommend working with this dealership and especially Joe B. The salespeople at Lexus of Tacoma (we ended up having 3 because it took 7 months for our car to come in--a NX350h) were all very kind, courteous and helpful. Bill White went the extra mile in getting me my first-choice color. And Pablo was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting us set up when the car finally arrived. Everyone is professional and personable. Definitely a 5 star dealership! I worked with Steve Armstrong to get my new, highly sought after car. Took quite a few months but Steve kept me informed and got me the one I wanted. If you're in need of a new or used car, I would highly recommend Lexus of Tacoma and ask for Steve.

My salesperson Chris Roberts did an excellent job keeping me updated on the status of our car. When the car was delivered he and Griffen did an excellent job going over the car and getting us ready with all the applications.
