I told my service rep, Jed that I would need to reschedule because of my next appointment. He called back to the mechanics and made it happen for me! Not only in the time promised, but in less time! Their service never disappoints and has always been top notch! I purchased my Lexus in 2021 and have only had great experiences of them making the customer feel appreciated and special.
