Cole in the Service Department helped me get New Tires for my 2017 IS350 AWD F-Sport recently. my car came with Bridgestones which I never really cared for because of past experiences with another vehicle plus getting only 16,000 miles on my Lexus. Cole sold me Michelins with a much Higher Tread Wear rating for less money than the Bridgestones. I am Extremely Pleased with the way I was treated & the work done to my little car. Thanks Lexus of Tacoma for making this a Nice Experience 😃
