I can't say enough about Liberty. When I called them I was struggling with over $100,000 in debt, unable to sleep, and unable to get any other type of loan to save my life. DO NOT USE THEM !!! I PAID FOR 3 CREDITORS TO BE SETTLED AND THEY ONLY DID ONE AND CHARGED ME AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE AFTER MY THREE YEAR AGREEMENT . TERRIBLE THEY OWE ME MONEY BACK !!!!! I HAVE PROOF !!! DO NOT USE THEM
I was lied to in order to move a settlement forward. The first offense: was on the second account they were working on for me. An individual from their office moved a settlement forward, without my consent. The yes text/sms that was used on that debt account, did not come from my telephone number. Very nice upfront, told me exactly how much it will cost upfront. They handled 2 accounts, settled 1 very quickly, but it took 7 months to to settle the other. I was told they settled with the original debit company when I know for a fact the original company had charged it off and sold it, so how did *** do that? Then they came back and said it will cost me more money per month. DONT!! I cant even give 1 star! But it wouldnt let me give the review without one. They lied to us numerous times. They started deductions before we completed the process, that we never intended on going with. My advice is to find a debt relief company that is honest and wont start taking money from you before everything is complete. Those honest ones are out there. We found one.
