Liberty debt relief has been super helpful and friendly. It’s been a struggle but they’ve been there to help. I have only been with the program for a few months and have already resolved many debts. Can’t thank them enough for their help on my road to recovery.

I can't say enough about Liberty. When I called them I was struggling with over $100,000 in debt, unable to sleep, and unable to get any other type of loan to save my life. Eric was my point of contact for the entirety of the 2 year term and he was very calming and pragmatic about my situation. I am now debt free with a credit score of 710+ about to close on my first house. Thank you Liberty, you literally saved my life!
I feel mislead in all of this. I was under the impression the agreed upon monthly payment would be what I pay until the program is over. Im paying more now a month than I did when paying each month on my own. And every time something is settled another $300 is added onto the monthly payment. I should have settled with some of the card companies on my own, they offered me to pay a 1/4 of what liberty debt settled for, I saw the offer after the fact so it was too late. I feel completely misled and deceived by Liberty Debt Relief. When I enrolled, I was told they would work to settle all the creditors included in my program. They calculated a set monthly payment for approximately four years, and I agreed based on the understanding that my enrolled debts would be handled.Halfway through the program, I was told they could not settle one of my creditors and returned that debt to me to handle myself.
