While hesitant as I'd had a bad experience with another agency in the past, the rep for Americor explained how they could help me in less time than on my own. I was sent NY plan in writing so I could see how I would progress. In less than half the six months I was to see that progress, one of my debtors made an offer that was great for me to settlle.. it was a big relief.

Very professional staff that explain the program very well to me I start in the end of January and I'm now have had my first settlement but it looked like a good deal so I approved it I don't know if I should have called and talked to somebody but it was exactly what we had laid out in the negotiation plan so thanks for helping me appreciate it
