SYAY AWAY FROM ********** LIGHT RX. READ THEIR REVIEWS. THEY ARE NOT BBB APPROVED! Never in my life have I been more upset with the service or outcome of an establishment such as yhis. After spending nearly $3,000.00, ***** NOTHING. Go to a different Medspa. They're all over Greenville and surrounding areas.You can take your lousy $25 refund and take a class on professionalism or perhaps how to be a better LIAR?

Im beyond mad now Just receiving new emails from ******* stating that they just now placed the refund today on 7/28/22 They are LIARS I hav emails stating they did the refund ON THE 20th I did a little research before even going in since I had both hips replaced and of course the areas I had wish to be done; that cold therapy should be fine.Not knowing anything about HEAT therapy which this is what they do. I went to the Wexford (**********) location. I spent ~$4k for the "Sculpsure and Lipo rx" treatments. I was told I was "the ideal candidate" for "great results" as I'm thin but have love handles. I followed the instructions of the pre and post-op treatments exactly and had absolutely no change in my appearance after all of my sessions. The before and after pictures looked EXACTLY the same. Okay now Im beyond mad if I could give this place a negative 100 I would definitely do so I finally after months leave a review and get a phone call back only to say that the treatments that I had that DID NOT WORK was on me and the money I have left in treatments they get to keep that was not what was said when I was sold the package and now I have to wait until they can get ahold of a senior manager until than im paying a payment a month that Im not doing again because it does NOT work so I will leave a review everyday unt... read more

If I could give this place zero reviews I would! I was offered 11 sessions of laser lipo and only received 2 full sessions out of 4. The manager of the Alexandria location DOES NOT listen or try to resolve issues with costumers. I spoke with the regional manager of this area ***** about concerns and uncomfortable treatment requesting to discontinue treatment and even pay for the services I received ***** stated she would the account closed and resolved from there. I wish I would have read these comments first! I had a three month treatment that did nothing but leave a red line along my jawline. I also purchased 2 of their products, both of them expired! They would not refund my money or exchange the product. I didnt stop when I was seeing red flags! ??Recently I had some injections done to my face. Once again, I see no results!! To top it off, I am left with a very noticeable bruise that is has not improved over time. So sorry for those of us who were duped at such an expense!

In reading the various reviews on LightRx, I felt compelled to post mine to warn others about this business. Although there were two technicians who were educated and seemingly experienced in the procedures I paid for, a handful of them had zero clue what they were doing. I paid for the Venus ****** treatments along my jawline and neck. I had six treatments with zero tightening/lifting results. I started my treatment back in October through groupon. The lady that worked with told me if I signed up I would get even better results. Clearly that was a lie. The ladies were all so very sweet and helped me with my questions even though I was having doubts every time I went and informed them of this. I have acquired an injury, that they failed to warn me about, and now I am getting the runaround about a refund that they got paid for already, and Im not getting treatments. The loan company breached the contract, and I **** pay on a loan that paid for services that 1. Where faulty and 2. That I didnt render.
