RecommendedI had a problem with the battery in my Tiki Tunes speaker and asked customer service what the trick to opening the unit was. They told me it was not openable and offered me a 30 % discount on a new one. For this reason, I recommend their customer service.But their engineering fails.If the battery fails after 2 years it is not difficult to make the battery replaceable.

I have multiple Limitless products and love them all! My favorites are my charge hub and tiki tunes!
Although I initially was shipped the wrong order, customer service reached out and got me my missing speaker. The TikiTunes are awesome and we always get compliments on both the look and sound. We keep them by our hot tub and they look great!

One of the best gifts I received for Christmas last year. Due constant use, the 12v. power cord started to fray.Contacted the company and their customer service person,Lisa Henning responded immediately and replaced the cord. 5 stars on the product and the service

We have purchased a total of 3 Charge Hubs. After getting our first unit, we realized how well this item functioned. It is the only device of this quick charging, multiple unit charge capable, that really does charge very quickly, as the company says. It runs very cool, and although we unplug when not in use, when not unplugged, there is no measuring electrical useage.
