Poor customer service, lack of communication and late delivery. Prompt to take my money, though.
I purchased two torches at the end of May and they still haven't shipped. They were supposed to be a gift for my husband for fathers day. I have emailed the company twice with no response. Due to the lack of response I have no faith that I will actually receive the speakers. My credit card has already been charged of course.

I purchased two tiki torch speakers one of them didn’t work. I have emailed twice and no response. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

This has been my first time ordering. At no time was I informed that the purchase (made 12/17) would arrive AFTER Christmas. These are Christmas presents and arrive AFTER I leave to return home!?! Very disappointed. I have nothing to give for Christmas ☹️.

I do like my charge hub, however I’ve had issues getting a defective item replaced. First of all, they questioned me and quite frankly I feel the questioned my intelligence in regards to if I was using the item correctly- yes. Yes I am. The package which they sent out with my replacement now seems to be lost in the mail and Limitless Innovations has not provided assistance in contacting the post office.
