At the time I ordered this product, they were communicating that I'd receive the product in time for a Father's day gift. Finally, about 2 weeks ago I received an email that said it would ship by 7/10 and that I'd receive another email when it did. Yet another deadline has been missed. Quick to take my money, slow to get me the product. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Tiki Tunes over a month ago and haven’t received any confirmation that anything was shipped. Poor customer service-none of my emails have been responded to. I would not recommend ordering from them because they took my money but did not ship a product.

I purchased two torches at the end of May and they still haven't shipped. They were supposed to be a gift for my husband for fathers day. I have emailed the company twice with no response. Due to the lack of response I have no faith that I will actually receive the speakers. My credit card has already been charged of course.

I purchased two tiki torch speakers one of them didn’t work. I have emailed twice and no response. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

This has been my first time ordering. At no time was I informed that the purchase (made 12/17) would arrive AFTER Christmas. These are Christmas presents and arrive AFTER I leave to return home!?! Very disappointed. I have nothing to give for Christmas ☹️.

I do like my charge hub, however I’ve had issues getting a defective item replaced. First of all, they questioned me and quite frankly I feel the questioned my intelligence in regards to if I was using the item correctly- yes. Yes I am.
