I'd like to recommend this company. The products I ordered look cool. But their customer service is severely lacking. I received one of the products, a light purple jumper device with red polka dots. Only problem is, the polka dots look like blood stsins Contacted them twice since this is a gift and NO ONE has gotten back to me. Not super happy with this company right now.

I bought the car cup holder extension. This cup holder does not give you another holder. Whoever designed it obviously didn't try it in their car! The base is so small that not even a water bottle will fit in it. It is also so small that even with the provided pieces of foam it will not stay in place & falls over. This means that the extended arm is useless. Useless piece of junk!

I ordered tikitunes first week in June and it’s now Mid-August and I still don’t have them. I reached out to customer service 3 times and still no resolution. They sent me 2 tracking numbers that shows there was no handoff between UPS and USPS, then ask me to call my post office in Hawaii. If they clicked on the tracking they would see they’re lost somewhere in California! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL PRODUCT PROCESSING EVER! Placed order june 24th and still hasn't shipped yet. I get delays, but advise customers before taking payment. Not after! Had I known it would take more than a month I may not have ordered so many. I ordered because everyone loves the 1 I got last year. I just hope they come BEFORE SUMMER IS OVER!!!

Finally, about 2 weeks ago I received an email that said it would ship by 7/10 and that I'd receive another email when it did. Yet another deadline has been missed. Quick to take my money, slow to get me the product. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Tiki Tunes over a month ago and haven’t received any confirmation that anything was shipped. Poor customer service-none of my emails have been responded to. I would not recommend ordering from them because they took my money but did not ship a product.
