We had hit a rough patch with Cornerstone in the beginning when we had initially began our loan process with a different loan officer/processor who ultimately left the company. Cornerstone did not reach out to us about this and we found out via an automatic email response. As a first time homebuyer, this had me very worried and stressed about the unknown.
