I was overwhelm with the new technology . Lots of documents and informations . I appreciate Lisa Bellman Cortez speak to her daily giving me update of what’s needed , she was professional and patient and understanding though out the the whole process , I thank her highly .
We had hit a rough patch with Cornerstone in the beginning when we had initially began our loan process with a different loan officer/processor who ultimately left the company. Cornerstone did not reach out to us about this and we found out via an automatic email response. As a first time homebuyer, this had me very worried and stressed about the unknown.
