The did an excellent job, customer service was great. I would highly recommend my doctor.
The doctor did an excellent with my surgery. The service was very good.
Dr. Gfrerer and her team were amazing. What they are doing for preserving nerves and sensation in top surgery is truly groundbreaking for trans patients like myself, who have consistently been told there are no options to attempt to maintain nerves with gender-affirming top surgery. She took her time to explain the evidence-based research, and listened and incorporated my goals. It was an amazing experience of a consult, and I highly recommend her to anyone considering transgender top surgery.
Amazing and wonderful care . You made me feel very relax and comfortable in your care
Dr. Gfrerer is great!
I sware it was a great feeling to see that the doctor was so patient and understanding. She did an awesome job. The helper was so sweet and helpful. The staff were very professional and the wait time was very very little time. I love it. Thank you for asking
. From the first phone call to meeting with the surgeon the team handed my case with care. Also, took the time to answer all my questions.
The doctor helped me very much in a highly professional manner. She explained each step in the process of sewing my facial laceration, was responsive to my concerns and was reassuring to my wife and to me. The aftercare visit for suture removal was equally well done.
My appointment time was 9am and I was in the room by 9:15 and seen by Dr. Gfrerer by 9:30. She spent 30 minutes with me to explain everything, to answer my questions, and to take photos. It's hard for me to describe a consult about removing my non-cancerous breasts as positive, but Dr. Gfrerer tried to make the visit as comfortable as possible given the circumstances.
