Great experience with Dr. Gfrerer and all the staff involved. I was very emotional, but everyone was professional and helped with my breathing and provided encouraging words. Thanks for everything:)
Dr. Gferer and her staff were professional, compassionate, friendly and extremely competent. I'm very happy with the results of my surgery and the care that I received. Lisa G was unfriendly. And answered her personal call in the middle of my visit and left me in the exam room with unanswered questions. Incomplete exam. She simply just took a picture of my ankle. This matter was Addressed with the supervisor Amber Best.
