Very patient and answered all my questions
Dr. Gferer is a gem! She embodies what I have found to be quite difficult to find in healthcare - genuine care, professionalism, empathy, and trans-competent. She listens to you and your concerns and really integrates that into her approach while being clear on what is achievable.
I was very comfortably with my post op exam for a difficult procedure. Dr. Gfrerer made me very comfortable and sincerely expressed she was happy how good I was doing.
Both the surgeon and PA were very knowledgeable but not condescending. They were open about risks and heard my concerns.
Dr Gfrerer is such an amazing person! She shows empathy and her level of care goes above and beyond! She has an amazing team that responds to all your concerns when she is unavailable! I’m extremely bless to say that I’m happy she is my surgeon! My whole experience with her has been nothing but amazing. I feel so comfortable with her!
