Wouldn’t give me my money because my checking account was overdrafted. Which is fine I guess. Charged me $29 to move three pennies into my checkings and refused to giving me money out of my secondary savings and when I said I could go to the ATM and get it out but I can’t get it here and she told me to go to the ATM and that she wasn’t going too. I’ve been a member for close to 10 years and I’ll be taking my business else where today.
The absolute WORST!!!! They are RUDE. They refuse to call the phone numbers you’ve told the 50 times to call when they need to contact you. They can’t get auto draft payments set up correctly and then call out of town relatives looking for you without even calling YOU first!!! I will NEVER bank with them again.

We have banked with this credit union and it seems to us they let us have OUR money when they want. Thanks for ruining our 4 of July.
They will not do anything to help you deposited a check on the 30th of March 2018 and as of April 11th 2018 i am still waiting on the funds to be maid available to me.
