Please don't believe "they care for you"! My husband recently passed away. Since he banked with this organization, I had the displeasure of going into the Columbia tn branch the day after his death to collect the funds in his account that I knew were mine because I was listed as POD, to pay on his funeral. I was informed that not only was there a 3 day hold placed on the account but that another person was co POD. I knew this was incorrect! I currently have $195 missing from my account and no one seems to be able to help me fix it. This isn't the first time money has gone missing from my account either and frankly I'm sick of it.

Why are your ATMS always either down or not working right? I need a bank that has a functioning ATM when I don't have time to come inside. Will you ever address this issue?

Honestly they shouldn't even get one star because they steal money. My husbands account has been in the negative two weeks in a row according to them but when we add everything up he still has money in there. We are done with Listerhill for good!!! All they do is screw you over and we are done with them. We have a two month old to take care of. Yall get paid so leave our money alone!!!
