My husband and I love Litchfield Oaks. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The community, as a whole, is quiet- which is perfect for us. The appliances could use some updating but all in all we're very happy here. Definitley would recommend it!

There is no such thing as a perfect living environment, be it apartment, townhouse or home. I've seen other apartments in this area and they are awful! The patience of the front office staff alone is worth the rent! This is just a nice, clean and safe place to live..... Having lived here for 2 years, I am renewing and my only complaint is the lazy dog owners who never clean up after their pets!...
Very happy living at Litchfield Oaks! Although I am a new resident the office staff says hi everyday on my way to they gym. They really seem to put an effort into knowing residents and making them feel at home. Jenn and Tyler have made the transition very easy and the apartment was exactly what I was looking for. Great place to live and I can see myself here for a while.
Vary well managed, clean, girls at office are very helpful.
