Trust me people IT'S NOT WORTH IT! I wanted to see for myself what this place was like... all the negative was right on!! The staff was snobbish. Sloppy work. The grounds are disgusting with dog poop all over. I will NOT be renting here.
The property looks disgusting with trash floating around. You can hear your neighbours being intimate. The office staff has become rude as well as clueless. The maintenance is something to be desired since Adam left they seem too busy to even handle their workload. Truth be told I will be moving at the end of my lease term for the simple fact that this place has gone to over priced ghetto status.
This place is a nightmare! I actually paid to break my lease ($1,000) so I could leave quicker! The roach problem is way to big to get under control. The staff is unfriendly and snotty. Appliances are wayyy outdated and don t work right. Meeting other people that have lived there all say the same bad things. I just wish I met them before I moved in!! RUN FAST!!
the paint is cheap water based on walls carpet is bare minimum. my rent was raised when moved to lower floor, It (Lower floor) had no cathederal ceiling roof leaked in upstairs storage area and inside roof lower apt had water leak supposed to be luxurious and it has plain jane appliances stove, fridge no microwave, no ceiling fans, no lights in rooms when moved in. I installed them myself...
