We bought a 2013 pathfinder about 2.5 yrs ago and have had nothing but problems with it since. Had to have the transmission replace back up monitor, windsheild wiper motor, new brakes right after we bought it, screws coming lose inside the dashboard and making rattling noise and when they pulled the dash board more screws were lose (basically the car is falling apart). My husband talked to Vern about an Altima we were interested in. He assured my husband that the car was in great shape and was worth the two hour drive. After driving down with two small kids, we find a car that had been smoked in, bumper was scuffed and scratched badly, console was scuffed and just nothing as described. Went in to get lower payment vehicle. Couldn't do that for us so we asked for our keys back. They gave us the run around and kinda pressured us to say yes. Asked multiple times back for our keys. Sales man was chill.. other process was annoying! So frustrated that we signed into a lease that we traded in a yr later. Now dealing with canceling things "just come sign a paper".. yet failed to mention I needed paper work for the car we traded. Now have to waste another day going back since I didn't have those papers!

Lillian Garcia has horrible customer service. She's rude and she doesn't explain anything thoroughly. People before her were very friendly and that's why they hide her in the back till the end because no one would stick around to even look at any cars if she was one of the first faces they saw.

It was my biggest mistake to go to lithia nissan. They say one thing and do another, our salesman was great but the finance department is a bunch of bullshitters. They said they "threw in a warranty and gave us free oil change for life" which I came to later find out was a lie.i was charged over 4000 dollars for their services. I set up a payment plan with my down payment due to simply not having enough money at the time and through the excitement and happiness of purchasing at new vehicle I failed to see through their lies,... read more

So I wrote a comment on your page about my horrible experience at your dealership and it has already been removed. If you don't want people to say bad things you should treat them that way. You sold a car out from under me after your finance guy messed up my paperwork and you didn't even try to make it right. I will keep commenting until you leave my comment! You brought me to tears tonight and I have a right to tell other people to watch out for you.
