I went to Lithia Nissan of Medford to get my car looked at after smelling coolant. The service man Daniel came in and told me they were having trouble finding it, but wanted to put us in a loaner because he didn't want my two little kids to have to wait too long. He was so kind to my family, definitely love the service here!
