Excellent customer service....and great positive attudes ....about what they are doing....top notch dealership!!!!!
Here I am 39 weeks pregnant told them I have not eaten and need to leave to eat before I pass out...1 hour and 30 min. Later still waiting for service while I sit here and watch all the employees eat.
Paid cash for a car, was very specific NOT to run my credit, ran it anyway. When I asked they said it was “The Patriot Act” really? What a dumb lie that was! No one will return my calls or make any effort to remove it. They got my money and don’t give a damn about helping me now. Horrible Horrible customer service. Find another place to buy a car!
Prices are through the roof, tried charging me almost 700 dollars for something I easily ordered online for under 100. Didn't even figure out the other problem I was having.. disappointed.
The service here is terrible. Your hours say your open to 6pm yet they try sending me away @ 5:09 for an oil change. They were not busy. I have only had bad experiences here. I wish I would have never bought a car from lithia
