I took my German Shepherd Emmitt to get neutered this week, and they took extremely good care of him. We have been taking him and my lab, Cooper, here since 2017, and we love them! My brother and parents come here as well. We recommend them to every pet owner we know!

Dr. Pinneo is wonderful, spends all the time you need and is very clear about everything. We have seen Dr. Carista who is also very attentive and another favorite although all the doctors are very good and I think we've seen them all at one time or another. The office staff is also very professional and caring. Liverpool Animal Hospital gets 5 stars from our family! Thank you, Dr. Pinneo and to the entire office for taking good care of our furbabies!
I had a terrible morning this morning when my dear companion of nearly nineteen years went into a seizure before my eyes. It was very scary and upsetting to see her in this condition. This is the very first time this had happened that I was aware of. She was blind and deaf with arthritis in her hind legs. She was so very sweet and never bit anyone in all her years. Received a personal sympathy card that was specific to Foster and his personal strife. Foster was one of the lucky one because we took Foster off the streets in Feb 20 and we new our time would be short. Caring for Foster for 11 mths was very rewarding and it was him who helped me cope with losing my 17 yr named Sebastian. So many furbabies out there deserve so much better. Thanks for recognizing Fosters life.
The people here are the most compassionate folks when it comes to care of our pets. They have taken care of our fur babies for years. They helped our Casper cross the rainbow bridge last week in the most tender way with care and love, we left the office knowing they were just as upset as we were saying goodbye to our precious boy.
I am very happy with Dr Russell & all the staff at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital. Everyone is very thorough, conscientious, & welcoming & takes the time to explain everything. I know my three cats are in good hands every time!
