RecommendedWe just had to put our sweet girl, Hope to sleep today after a hard battle with breast cancer. I just want to thank everyone at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital for taking such good care of her and doing everything you could to give us our last few months with her. Thank you for being so compassionate and letting us make her comfortable in her last moments and thank you for understanding when we didn’t want to leave her alone when we left.
I finally managed to get my second kitten (who was feral) learn to trust me enough to take her to see Dr. Gupta. Again, the staff at this hospital, from the people answering phones and scheduling appointments, to the techs, to the Doctor were exemplary! I cannot say enough good things about Liverpool Village Animal Hospital. They don't make you feel stupid for asking questions and their love for animals is evident in all they do! Thank you so much!!!
I am extremely thankful to Liverpool Village animal hospital for bringing one of the family rats peace tonight. After calling everywhere, including where I have brought my animals for over 20 years, no one would help her when she needed it the most. From the friendliness of all the staff I interacted with to the care and time the vet gave Daisy and I tonight was amazing. This is the place you want to bring your animals. I know they’ll be seeing me again.
I’ve been going to them for four years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. When I recently called about one of my kitties eye infection not only did they get me in that day but there was no waiting while they tried to fit me in. Everyone is friendly and they clearly love animals. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go.
I took our aged dog in for a little check up this week and this has been my second visit to this facility since we switched to them because our other veterinarian had retired. This visit, much like the first, exceeded all of my expectations yet again. The wait time was minimal and the staff was over the top friendly. Our new veterinarian is out on maternity leave so another doctor stepped in for her and we could not be more pleased. Great set up with covid safety guidelines. All staff is friendly and accommodating. Easy going and friendly people, always try to help out in any way needed for your pets. Ample parking. Wheelchair parking. Visits/Appointments are on time and efficiently done with little or no wait time.
This staff has been nothing but amazing! I brought my baby when she was super sick and they’ve been insanely amazing with her. They talk you through everything and so amazing care! Highly recommend
