Recommendedwe recently had to bring in our dog on an emergency basis....and I cannot say enough about the staff . the entire staff! they were waiting at the door with a stretcher....and brought her back immediately.. did X-rays, and took excellent care of her, luckily it did not end up a life threatening ...but the fact that LVAH was available to do the necessary diagnosis right away...is a true blessing!! RecommendedI just rescued my first puppy, Oliver, in early February. We have been in to see Dr. Pinneo 3 times already and it’s been a wonderful experience each time. The staff are all friendly and clearly love their job and the animals. Dr. Pinneo is kind, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions and I couldn’t be more grateful! Oliver is a big fan of all the attention he gets :)

I just want to thank everyone at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital for taking such good care of her and doing everything you could to give us our last few months with her. Thank you for being so compassionate and letting us make her comfortable in her last moments and thank you for understanding when we didn’t want to leave her alone when we left.
