They showed up four days after I called them and had the roof installed in one day. They cleaned up the site much better than my last roofing contractor did. They put a tarp over the pool, so that stayed clean. The inspector afterwards showed me views from the roof via facetime and answered my questions. Highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend using of Lon Smith Roofing for your roofing service. Before we signed contract with them for replacement of our roof, they had patiently worked with us through the entire process involving a beginning of checking an existing roof condition to make sure insurance would pay for it before making a claim. Once we made an insurance claim and the day that insurance came to estimate for the roof damage, Lon Smith was also showing up to insure final estimate and payment we got was fair and correct. Delivery of material arrived first thing in the morning, as requested. Tear off was quick and fairly clean. Install was pretty quick, faster than prior reroof with less noise. When they left, I went to check the work and discovered issues. While looking, the company inspector arrived and he checked inside and outside, took my issues, and within minutes, someone was on the phone with me. They were very professional. From the receptionist to the estimator that came out. All were courteous. They even came out on Easter Sunday to speak with the adjustor from the insurance.

Lon Smith roofers replaced my roof and those of some of my neighbors from hale damage. From the initial estimate, through installation, and final inspection they did what they promised. They were extremely prompt in starting and completed ahead of schedule. At all times they were easy to work with and caused minimum disturbance. All the hale damage was from Apr 2016 we wanted to wait to get past this spring's storms, and they were very accommodating.

The inspector for Lon Smith Roofing came out and was very professional. The quote he gave turned out to be very close to what the insurance inspector gave us for our claim. He said they were about 2 weeks behind because of the storms before they could start. After 8 days they were able to start and finish it in one day. Every step of the process was accurate from what I was told at the beginning and no hidden costs. They even upgraded my vents for free.
