Fantastic company to use! They were able to squeeze me in the next day, and did an extremely thorough inspection. I was able to get the report in less than an hour so it could be used on a blue tape walk through. I will use them again when the need arises, and refer everyone I know to them in the future. Jason and his team are extremely reliable and extremely honest. Thankfully to his team and what they found, it kept us from purchasing a BRAND NEW house that had more issues than I ever thought possible on a new home.
The report was very thorough and detailed with the deficiencies marked with explanation . In addition pictures were provided which made it easier to understand. Report was prepared in a timely manner.
