Awesome company!! I ran into some hard times and I'm trying to purchase a new home but the owner of the business was very understanding and helped me out. I was convinced to not get the inspection and they told me the benefits of going with their inspection. So glad I did because they pointed out a lot of vital things I didn't really know about. Thank you guys for all your help and I look forward to working with you guys for my later inspections.

Lone Star was very prompt and polite in providing quote and explaining services, also had flexibility in providing the specific services I need. Their customer portal is very easy to use for scheduling, payment and report. Communications on the day were good, inspector informed me when he was on his way and when he was done.
