The price was not the lowest, but fair. *********************, the Inspector showed up in time and worked diligently. The report was issued the same day, which was very important as the option to terminate the contract was running; the timely delivery of the report allowed us to estimate the cost of necessary repairs before it expired. Lone Star Inspections also coordinated another service provider, which also provided a thorough and useful report, in a timely fashion.

We were not on site during the inspection but the report that was generated from ***** inspection was very thorough and descriptive. The report was very easy to read and navigate as well. The time from contacting ******** to the day of inspection was very short turn around which was very beneficial. I would recommend them and/or use them again in the future.
