We informed ***** that we were in a time crunch. ***** went to the property on Sunday to ensure the well water quality test results would be available Tuesday. ******** Inspections is the company you want to hire for all home inspection services.

***** was great and very knowledgeable! He explained to me the whole process and methodically went over everything. Great Company and Great Staff! Very thorough report!
The price was not the lowest, but fair. *********************, the Inspector showed up in time and worked diligently. The report was issued the same day, which was very important as the option to terminate the contract was running; the timely delivery of the report allowed us to estimate the cost of necessary repairs before it expired. Lone Star Inspections also coordinated another service provider, which also provided a thorough and useful report, in a timely fashion.

We were not on site during the inspection but the report that was generated from ***** inspection was very thorough and descriptive. The report was very easy to read and navigate as well. The time from contacting ******** to the day of inspection was very short turn around which was very beneficial. I would recommend them and/or use them again in the future.
