We had our warranty inspection on the new build last week. I wish I could give them 5 star however its not what I expected for the great reviews I read and the amount of the inspection that was made. I think it missed alot of aspect that for me I can go and have record or proof for my builder warranty department. The cracks on the ceilings and walls, cracks on concrete foundation slab the sharp edges on corner of counter top, crooked walls etc. that I was expecting to be at least discuss in a report. ***** was the absolute best! He helped us with our needs, and was always happy to explain some of the issues or concerns we had about the findings he made. As first time homeowners I just wish we could have had a member of the lone star team with us from the beginning, it has eased our worries tremendously to have their services. Will definitely have them in mind if we require another inspection!
