He did the inspection and then let us go to the property we were buying and let him explain anything that he found was an immediate concern and then told us what to watch out for in the future. He let us ask questions and answered them in a friendly and professional manner. We definitely recommend this company to anyone needing an inspection.

Excellent company! We have used them through our entire building process. Saved us a lot of headaches and much money. A year later we used them for our 11 month builder review. Again, a very thorough and professional report (saving us more money) which we will submit to the builder while still under warranty. We are so impressed with this company and especially ***** who has worked with us the entire time. He knows exactly what to look for and his written reports are amazing. Highly recommend!
