After a minor fender bender, I took my Lucid Air to Lucid's new certified paint and body shop, and they returned it looking brand new. They worked with me and my insurance company and made sure every part that needed to be replaced was replaced, not simply repaired. I picked up my 2025 Lucid Air Touring here at the end of last year and the sales team was nothing but super helpful in matching us with the exact car we were looking for at such an attractive price with all the incentives included. Lucid!! A place that sells truly amazing cars!!! Although it's still relatively new and needs some upgrades here and there, Lucid is definitely a step above Tesla! And today, I was lucky enough to see the new Gravity--it's definitely a luxurious and stunning car! The cars, the showroom, and the service team are all 10/10!!
An amazing vehicle. Salespeople are first rate. The fit and finish on the car is second to none. The interior dash is beautiful designed. Not plain with only a screen to look at like on the Tesla. Beautifully designing interior dash and plenty of room inside. The entire experience from beginning to end has been an education.
