I had a wonderful experience going in to test drive a lucid and learn about what sets them apart from other cars like Tesla. Duane answered all my questions well and was very easy to talk to, did not make me feel dumb for asking questions either. 10/10 experience!
I bought my first car here and I have to say Humberto helped me from all steps of the process. Absolutely amazing customer service, was responding to texts for 2+ weeks daily about questions and I just have to say he was super helpful and accommodating. Would not have purchased my car if it weren't for him and his service.
The Lucid Air is a great car with incredible range and features. 5 Stars. Lucid customer service, in particular, the overcharging for wear and tear upon lease turn-in is poor. 0 Stars. Overall a 2 Star experience.
Don't service your car here. After months of waiting for appointmetn and many of the same problems reapprearring. Then they tell you you have to bring to another shop. LOL, in my life of having owning so many different brands of car, never a "DEALER" told me I need to bring it to a 3rd party to fix. This a service center is a JOKE.
This sales staff is horrific, especially for the price point. Can't get in touch with anyone. If it were people tho worked for me, I'd fire everyone starting with the store manager and possibly the regional manager for not sorting this out sooner

A one star is way too much for this business. I spent nearly $100,000 on a car and no one ever answers the telephone when you call. The customer care is non-existent. Don't do business with this company unless you want a headache
Terrible customer service. They have one service department in the entire Bay Area, and they won't answer the phone. When you do reach someone, it is in a remote area; they never have an answer either; it's always someone who will call me back. Stay away from this product; They can't service what they sell.
We own a 2022 Grand Touring (Sticker Price $140K). Incredible car, until something goes wrong. Support is nothing short of nightmarish. We are currently working through issues with the exterior camera system that went completely dark & no longer works, phone charging pad that also doesn't work, and temperamental trunk closing struts that rarely work. The Homelink Garage opener is also filled with issues so we just use our clicker....Still one month into the journey & patiently waiting for parts & scheduling service at a thir... read more
