Bought a new Lucid Air on Dec 20, 2024. I was assigned to the Millbrae Service Center. A request for service put in by the sales rep upon delivery is still awaiting a response (1 month later). Unfortunately they don't answer phone calls, ever. I need to schedule service for my car due to some "early infancy" issues. I was able to get in touch with a supervisor via the customer service and was twice given an appointment for mobile service, nobody showed up. They never answer the phone at the service center and don't respond to emails. How is any customer supposed to get a hold of them?? Having so many issues with Lucid. It's not even worth it! Go for a company that is more established! Would never get a Lucid again due to customer service! Not worth it!!!!

Who would have thought it was so hard to buy a car. Didn't get the financing numbers for 6 days (and deposit goes non-refundable at day 7), manager told me to re-apply for financing as the new incentives would make my payment go down. So I reapplied as directed, the result of which made my credit score go down, and my payment went... up. Call manger to try and understand if there was a mistake, he won't take calls or respond to emails. Can't get a straight answer from anyone. Really bad experience.
