Excellent mattress and good sleep. Mattress is extremely heavy so putting on fresh sheets can be a little cumbersome. However, this mattress feels well made, plush but medium firm. Glad I made the purchase at the discounted price.
Decent bed. Measured at only 12 inches high, not 14 inches like stated (even after multiple days left to air out before first sleeping on it). Definitely very firm for me and didn't do a super close inspection but seemed new (vs some other reviews). Business response:
Thank you for your honest review of the Sealy Posturepedic Pro Lincoln Heights mattress. We are sorry to hear that have already experienced so many complications with your mattress this soon. The fact that it did not reach the full 14 inches as described certainly sounds like it is defective. If you are still unsatisfied, please reach out to us at https://customerservice.costco.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9 to begin our warranty exchange process. We appreciate you for being a valued Costco member!
Both men were kind and attentive and very approachable they did there best to help and make sure mattress was not damaged going up the stairs and loved their friendliness.
Had mattress a month & so far love it. It’s firm but not too firm. Delivery was great & on time.
Perfect!
Better night sleep
I debated over plush or firm before making a purchase. Firm won the debate and there's no need to look back at "what if". Consistent support right to the edges. It's a winner.
This is the best mattress! It’s firm and very comfortable for side sleepers. We had a Nectar mattress from another company which we returned because it hurt our backs. The price of this mattress is excellent for it’s high quality.
everything is good so far
