170 lb. side sleeper here. Tried the Lincoln Heights 14" Frim thinking that the pillow top might dial things down to medium territory. Nope. This Firm is FIRM. After giving it a week I initiated a return and ordered the Plush version. Viola - found the happy medium I was looking for. Month later, still pleased with my purchase. The plush is plenty supportive IMO. Costco's return policy is like no other and my experience with the delivery team was stellar.
Only a month in and so far it is Great! The best deal on mattresses I found for the best quality is at Costco. When I had issues I called Customer Service which are extremely friendly and very helpful in resolving the issues. Then I ordered my new mattress and they delivered it and took away the old without a hassle.
I haven't slept so well in ages. What a wonderful product for the price.
I use it only about 3 weeks. Delivery was smooth—Costco’s white-glove service dropped it in and hauled away the old mattress. If you want a firm mattress that still hugs comfort without sagging, this is it. I’d recommend it to mixed-position couples or those who prefer a stable, supportive sleeping surface with a touch of plush. Definitely a purchase I’d make again.
This mattress was a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable. The delivery was on time with no problems. I would recommend this mattress.
Best mattress we’ve ever had. Very firm, solid mattress. Sleeping solidly throughout the night!
We ordered this king mattress about a month ago. It’s very supportive and good quality. It did take a few nights to get used to it but so far so good.
I ordered last week and got it delivered today. The guys did a great job. They were polite and removed the old mattress and placed the new one. It was a great delivery and I appreciated how they handled everything.
Very happy with my new mattress. The delivery team were very efficient and professional.
