If you're looking for a lender look no further. Sounds cheesy but that is the honest truth. I have bought 3 homes, each with a different lender. I'm only just getting started in finding a home to purchase, but so far Luz has been very helpful with letting me know exactly what the first steps are. Email communication is very important to me as well and she has been great at that! Definitely recommend.

I usually don't write reviews much unless the service is really outstanding or really poor. That being said, If your looking to buy a home, I highly recommend contacting Luz at New World Mortgage. She is a straight shooter that will tell it like it is which I appreciated. Luz and her team were excellent to work with. A+++ I have refinanced many times with my home and rentals and this was by far the quickest and best experience. Team quickly responded to questions and concerns. Will return to refinance again.

Luz help me bought my first house. Very professional, honest and process oriented. Buying your first house requires a lot of knowledge especially when it comes to processing your loan application. Her team help and guide me thru the process and explain to me every step of the way. Always there to answer any questions and concerns. Great service. We were able to close escrow on a timely manner.
