Luz and her team were excellent to work with. A+++ I have refinanced many times with my home and rentals and this was by far the quickest and best experience. Team quickly responded to questions and concerns. Will return to refinance again.

Luz help me bought my first house. Very professional, honest and process oriented. Buying your first house requires a lot of knowledge especially when it comes to processing your loan application. Her team help and guide me thru the process and explain to me every step of the way. Always there to answer any questions and concerns. Great service. I purchased an income property recently and I am in the process of purchasing one more. Both times, I have gone with New-World Mortgage. So far I have had a great experience. Their quickness, knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness goes beyond my expectation. I loved how I can log into the website and check the status of my loan and what process I was on or paperwork I needed to complete. My loan agent Luz along with the rest of the staff, were/are very easy to work with and made the process easy for me.
