I purchased an income property recently and I am in the process of purchasing one more. Both times, I have gone with New-World Mortgage. So far I have had a great experience. Their quickness, knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness goes beyond my expectation. I loved how I can log into the website and check the status of my loan and what process I was on or paperwork I needed to complete. My loan agent Luz along with the rest of the staff, were/are very easy to work with and made the process easy for me.

Luz is quite the professional woman, I admire her commitment to her clients and to making things work regardless of the situations she encounters. I have worked with Luz since 2004 when I bought my first condo, from then on I have made three other home purchases and she has never disappointed me.

Luz helped me out with a fairly difficult purchase transaction for a property I purchased recently and she did an excellent job. Our file was very complicated due to being self employed but she handled everything, even getting us an exception for some repairs that the property needed.
