As always, working with Luz is awesome, to say the least. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Very easy to talk to and guides you throughout the process. Not the first time working with her and probably not the last.
Luz handled my initial loan and my refinance with utmost professionalism and with care with my financial situation. I've refinanced my house a few times already, all with Luz from New World Mortgage and my experience has been very pleasant and easy every time. Luz always takes the time to explain whatever is not clear to me and has walked me through the process very patiently.
