Excellent purchasing experience. Luz and her team from world financial are the best. They go the extra mile with their service and that is what makes the difference from other lenders. We are finally homeowners thanks to Luz! It took us about a year and a half to work on our credit and get our home. Luz gave us a step by step plan to achieve our goal of becoming homeowners. She was patient answered all our questions along the way. Buying a house is not as fun as I thought it would be. The paperwork is crazy the process is difficult. From the beginning Luz sat down and broke down the costs and showed us exactly what we could afford. Before working with Luz I was putting offers in on houses I couldn’t afford and didn’t even know it, even though I was “pre-approved”. Lux is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend working with her.
Luz was awesome got everything done on time in orderly fashion even when I was at work and got behind on signing certain documents she was still able to finish everything well crunch time hit if you want someone who’s going to play hardball for you with these banks trust in Luz
