Very friendly staff. And on time. No waiting.
I’ve been going there for several years and have had nothing but the best of experiences. It is a very comfortable environment. Dr Jackson is extremely good at what he does. His receptionist is very friendly and also is incredibly good at her job. The dental assistant I have had for the last 2-3 years is wonderful. I am extremely happy with my experience there. Everyone is is so friendly and welcoming. I am fortunate to be a patient there.
After living in 3 states, Ohio, Virginia and Califoria, plus at military installations in Belgium and Germany, I am more please with Madeira Dentistry than any previous dentists I have used. Both dentists are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, honest and their staff is also outstanding. If you are looking for a dentist, go no surther.
Nancy, as usual, did a GREAT job cleaning my teeth and checking for potential problems. Dr. Laura validated Nancy's work and agreed that I should check with a periodontist to evaluate my gums and potential bone loss.

Dr Jackson (family team) has the best staff of any professional I see & I see lots of doctors! Holly is my dental hygienist and does an awesome job! Both doctors are tremendous, and the front office staff, especially Tori, do great jobs! Keep up the great work! Thanks.
My temporary crown fell out and my regular dentist was out of town for another week! Considering the pain I called around for help. Madeira Dentistry was willing to help and got me in right away. Dr Laura was kind, knowledgeable and fixed me right up. I’m very grateful for their assistance and professionalism. After my dentist retires I will most likely switch over.
Cleaning and exam; Professional staff that knows what they are doing. They document each visit so any concerns are taken care of. Highly Recommend.
Fillings are no fun, but Dr. Laura Jackson was very gentle and checked in with me throughout the entire process. I wish I had found her years ago.
