First, my hygienist, Holly, does an excellent thorough and gentle cleaning and is always on time. She remembers my preferences, asks if I have any concerns, and relaxes me with light and interesting conversation. I feel completely comfortable while I’m there. Dr. Keith Jackson checks me for cavities or any problems. He is professional and efficient. I’ve been going there for several years and have had nothing but the best of experiences. It is a very comfortable environment. Dr Jackson is extremely good at what he does. His receptionist is very friendly and also is incredibly good at her job. The dental assistant I have had for the last 2-3 years is wonderful. I am extremely happy with my experience there. Everyone is is so friendly and welcoming. I am fortunate to be a patient there.
After living in 3 states, Ohio, Virginia and Califoria, plus at military installations in Belgium and Germany, I am more please with Madeira Dentistry than any previous dentists I have used. Both dentists are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, honest and their staff is also outstanding. If you are looking for a dentist, go no surther.
Nancy, as usual, did a GREAT job cleaning my teeth and checking for potential problems. Dr. Laura validated Nancy's work and agreed that I should check with a periodontist to evaluate my gums and potential bone loss.
