I love how relaxing this salon feels. Everyone there was kind, easy to talk to, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere was peaceful and very well kept.

I love to just stop in there have them quickly color, my roots, and be on my way!! You can also pay a little extra for a deep conditioner.

I really like the Bridgeport Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. Super friendly staff- extra shout out to colorists Dawn and Julia and also Riley. the products are not harsh and my color always looks great. Dawn and Julia always remember you and the environment is warm and welcoming.

first and second time I went to that place, I was very happy. Recently a lot less. Color is great, Its not about the colorist its how Madison Reed might treat their staff.. She was alone to take care of 3 persons at the same time, and when I went to use Madison produces at the drying station, all the bottles were praticly empty. So, the colorist had such to do that I had to wait to pay. now I don't know why after purchasing shampos, conditioner and comb, they did not apply any of discount even if I am a member

I really appreciate the colorists at this location . I also appreciate irate the company as a whole. I was pretty unhappy after a service , not because of the colorist but because the color turned out to be a lot darker than I wanted. The colorist was such a nice guy though , but still I was unhappy. Madison Reed paid for me to redo my highlights , they gave me the service for free! First time Madison Reed customer. My hair color was looking shabby and sad, but I couldn't get to my usual salon in Seattle any time soon and I knew it was time to find a local salon anyway.
