I love their products! Online Order I have ordered on-line hair color and it was super easy. Loved the color selection and video. In Store Pick Up I have picked up hair color at the salon and it was just as easy!! Helpful staff too! In Salon Service Great location, easy to find and had a great experience overall. They have a great streamlined service from beginning to end. The gals were all great and the cost was lower than some salons and one could be out in 2 hours. Give them a try!

I love this place. Easy to schedule, great prices, very friendly staff. I've gone multiple times for root touch ups and highlights. All turned out great. I even had my roots done on the east coast and I lived that they had all my color info online so I didn't have to worry about the wrong color. I just wish they did haircuts or trims.

I had a great experience at Madison Reed! This was my first time going to one of their color bars or using their products. My goal was to take my grown-out copper hair and end up with a darker brown than my natural color. I discussed my concerns and they helped me pick a color to mask the copper and take me to what I wanted. Everyone there was super nice! My favorite part is that I could pick the exact supplies from the color bar or the website and do it myself in the future or spend some time with the nice folks here.

This was my first time at a MR color bar, although I have had my hair professionally colored many times. I've also done it myself at home using product from one of MR's competitors. I made a same-day appointment using the online scheduling tool. Shortly after booking, I got a text message asking if I could move my appointment back by 30 minutes because the system had double-booked the time slot. All the ladies here were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Great vibe right as you enter. I had just had an awful experience somewhere else and was instantly put at ease. They really do listen. It's also cool to have a team of experts to bounce ideas off each other to come up with the best result which is what I got. I am a big fan of Madison Reed products so that's a plus!

Right when I walked into the salon everyone was so greeting and I already got good vibes coming in! Everyone was so nice! Amazing music playing the place is beautiful, for my first time getting my hair colored they made it look amazing and I'm so happy with how it looks would 100% recommend this place. They made my day a lot better and made me feel good!

I walked in for my appointment, a color and blow-out. The colorist looked at her laptop/schedule and said "we have a problem"; I need my break (2:50). My appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm. She asked the supervisor if she would take my appointment. I am writing this review regarding services my mother received on 12/20/2025. My mother lives three hours away in a small town, and when she came to stay with me, I offered to treat her to a hair appointment as part of her visit.
