Terrible company I would never go to Madison Reed Awful service and products. Made an appointment went there and the girl at the counter computer just gave me the look' what are you doing here? Then she said "someone will be out, girl comes out from the back. Looks at my hair and says I can't do highlights or balayage, Go to ULTA the can do what you are asking. And I did I went to ULTA. Weirdest store I have ever been too. They don't do flash colors or bleach ? So they just dye your hair brown shades or make it glossy?

Where do I begin, I came in for my roots and highlights. I spoke to the gal for 20 minutes about what I wanted and my concerns, I have dark hair and I didn't want to end up ORANGE! 4 hours later :( I was ORANGE and was sent home with purple shampoo (that smells awful by the way) to make the ORANGE go away. So Disappointing .........
