I went in for a root touch up and highlights. I have thick hair, so I thought I would be there for several hours. Ashley was awesome. She did the highlights at the same time as my color, and it was really quick. I was so happy with the results. My hair looked amazing! I had plans later that night, and I was so glad that I went to the salon that day. I received several compliments that night.

I'm happy with the outcome of my hair. However, I am not happy about the upselling. I came in expecting to pay $30 with tip. I ended up paying over $60. The stylist asked if I was getting "gloss" today. I scheduled roots and pro-boost. I thought she was referring to the pro-boost when she asked if I was getting the "gloss". Yes, I confirmed it because I thought it was what I schedule. That mistake cost me an extra $33 which was not in my budget. I did not ask to add on services. I love this place. Ashley is amazing and knew exactly what I wanted. She's super professional, quick and has 15 years of experience. Love my hair. The signage is lacking and pin location on the map is a little wonky. The place is located right next to the J Crew / LensCrafters, not Costco.

5/17/25 I was nervous going to Madison Reed because I've only been to high end salons. My hairdressers keep moving and I'm so tired of being charged an incredible amount of money that decided to give Madison Reed a try. I am so glad I made the decision to come to this salon. First time visit was back in February and it was good so I decided to go back today for an all over color. Appointment booking was easy and Samantha was so very helpful in my consultation. She spent good time to help me understand what color will work best with my features, which is appreciated! I had a hair EMERGENCY & Kita suggested that we could do a global application that would help correct what had alreay took place else where she was through and concise in her consultation she under promised yet over delivered the girls are always nice and I'm so glad I came in today I'm overjoyed
