5/17/25 I was nervous going to Madison Reed because I've only been to high end salons. My hairdressers keep moving and I'm so tired of being charged an incredible amount of money that decided to give Madison Reed a try. I am so glad I made the decision to come to this salon. First time visit was back in February and it was good so I decided to go back today for an all over color. Appointment booking was easy and Samantha was so very helpful in my consultation. She spent good time to help me understand what color will work best with my features, which is appreciated! Color application was fast and efficient with great conversation :) Thanks Samantha for a wonderful experience at this location, I'll be back!

I had a hair EMERGENCY & Kita suggested that we could do a global application that would help correct what had alreay took place else where she was through and concise in her consultation she under promised yet over delivered the girls are always nice and I'm so glad I came in today I'm overjoyed

I started here as a member 6 months ago and have found ease of booking a huge draw. The app lets you make an appointment same day even. The value is great as I seem to need my roots done every 3 weeks. The team is fun and knowledgeable always making me feel welcome to ask about different ways to get the results I'm looking for. My hair has gotten to be more of a beautiful thing with their guidance.

Madison Reed is great ! All colorist are helpful, & accommodating. Ashley and Megan were the employees today, and they represented the brand. My hair feels great and I love the color, it lasts. I'm on the limitless pro plus plan, so my roots are included every two weeks. I've been coming to the HB location for 1year and have not had a problem. I look forward to my next visit.

Highly recommend. Quality professional color. My blonde highlights are beautiful!! I was a walk-in and they were able to fit me in the same day. The manager and her assistants worked as a team and my color and blow out are gorgeous! Stop by and check it out!

I was happy to get a last- minute appointment with Madison Reed after my regular salon messed up their scheduling. I called the appointment center at 1:30 and I was at this location by 2pm. Grateful for the appointment, I came with an open mind, and I loved every minute of my experience.
