booked an appt for highlights and was told they only had 15 minutes available for a rot touch up. I ASJED FOR HIGLIGHTS !! Went away discouraged ! Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone

Went in for color. The colorist seemed unsure of what to do..,color was too dark and my hair felt awful after shampooing!! Dry and brittle! I would not recommend to anyone.

Apparently this place is so no-frills that a welcome and a smile are not included. I walked into my first appointment at Madison Reed a few minutes early and was greeted by no one. There were three stylists working, but no receptionist or reception desk. I wandered the entry area looking for somewhere to check in, but saw nothing and the three stylists didn't look up from their work. I left extremely disappointed and literally wanted to put a bag over my head. The colorist I had was not very happy to be assisting me, complaining multiple times that she was late for her lunch break. She was not mean or rude but in no way went out of her way to make sure I was content. Not only did I not get even close to the color I requested (which I can be understanding about as it depends on my hair also) but I requested to go lighter and I left with my hair darker. I usually buy my hair dye from here, but when I went on Sunday morning, right when they open the one employee that was there told me that it would take 45 minutes to purchase a hair dye, which I think is insane as she would have me wait out of chair for 45 minutes in order to buy a single item do better

After using Madison Reed for 4 years at home, I decided to try the new color bar at Bella Terra. I made the appointment online and later tried to call the salon to see if they could accommodate me earlier. (Once you make your appointment, you can't change it online.) I was literally on hold for 30+ minutes and eventually just hung up. I arrived at the salon, let the girl know what my color was, and she proceeded to do my roots. I had the worst experience here. They rushed didn't explain clearly and I left not with what I asked for. So so so dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not waste your time and money. Unless you want to dry and style you own hair as well as a bad color. Sad I was so excited only to be so let down.

Save your money and skip in salon services. I went in for a root touch up/gloss/blow out. I left with color on my face including my cheek, near my eye and a full 3/4" band of stained skin at the hair line and a rough dry. The service costs $177 and I have had a better result at a beauty school for $25. I used their kit at home myself before but wanted to treat myself and assumed a professional could do a better job. First it took me 15 minutes to find where it was located, no phone to call, when I called I just got an voice robot that couldn't help me, took me to the complete opposite side of Bella Terra. I was there for an all over color that took over 2 hours! I was furious in the end I didn't get the blowout I wanted because I was already late to other engagements.
